How to Measure Your Head
For the best fit, measure your head circumference before selecting a size.
- Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head, approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and ears — this is the widest part of your head.
- Keep the tape snug but not tight.
- Note the measurement in inches or centimeters and match it to the size chart below.
- If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
