Returns Policy
- This policy is for instylettown.com only. This policy does not apply to items purchased at the In-Style physical location.
- You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
- You must retain your original receipt that you received with your order for any exchanges, returns, etc.
- Return labels and Prepaid return shipping labels will have a total of 5 business days before it is cancelled. If you do not use your return label within this timeframe we reserve the right to void your shipping label and cancel your return.
- Items must be in the original condition that it was sent to you.
- Clothing must have all original tags and must be unworn.
- Shoes must be tried on carpet with absolutely no stains. Shoes must in the original box that it was shipped in with no exceptions period.
No exchanges or refunds on any Hats. All hats are Final Sales.
- Exchanges or Refunds on dress shirts will require the exact packaging the item came in. Please keep all packaging should you have any issue.
- We will not be held responsible for any damages to products done by dry cleaners.
- Any damages or issues with ladies jewelry items should be notified within 3 days upon receiving the items. Please email us with the following items: A.) Order Number B.) Name on Order C.) Picture of the item
- All Ladies Jewelry items are online purchase only - not available in store.
- We will not accept any refunds or exchanges after the 14 days. In-Style defines 14 days after the time that you received the item, not from the shipping date.
- In-Style will make the final decision on whether a full refund will be issued to the customer, store credit, or e-gift card.
- Please BE AWARE any items that are listed as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL.
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
- We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.
- When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Upon placing an order with In Style, we will require that the billing & shipping addresses match. In Style has the right to reject any order that the billing & shipping addresses do not match.
- We will not be responsible for shipping costs for items that have to be shipped back for exchange or returns. We do recommend that you use a shipping service that provides insurance and tracking number in case your package gets lost.
- Free shipping offers does not apply to any products in the clearance section. All items in the "Clearance Section" will be FINAL SALE and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- All orders with the total value of $200.00 & up will be shipped via Signature Required format. This will be applicable with our shipping choices of USPS or UPS.
